1. Cheapest Service Policy

DigiGenius India currently offers all features at ₹29. This includes:

• Website creation and publishing
• AI-powered content generation
• Access to all templates
• Custom subdomain hosting
• Website downloads
• Unlimited edits and updates

2. Future Price Increase in Paid Services

In the event that we increase the charges of paid features or premium plans in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We will offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be available under the following conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of initial purchase
• First-time purchase only (not applicable to renewals)
• Service was not used to create or publish content that violates our Terms of Service
• Account is in good standing with no violations

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following will not be eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
• Add-on services or one-time purchases
• Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Partial month charges

3. How to Request a Refund

If paid services are introduced and you wish to request a refund:

1. Log into your account dashboard
2. Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• Your account will be downgraded to the free tier

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time (outside the 14-day guarantee period)
• Your websites will remain accessible on the free tier
• Premium features will be disabled at the end of the billing period

6. Service Credits

In cases where refunds are not applicable, we may offer service credits at our discretion. These credits:

• Can be applied to future purchases
• Are non-transferable
• Expire after 12 months
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
